When your fan art becomes art that the music artist you drew wants to put your art on his merch. This is a drawing of soul and R&B singer/musician Allen Stone. I am such a big fan, so you can only imagine how I was feeling when he asked to buy my art.

If you don’t know who he is, take a listen! His music is heavily influenced by the greats like Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye. Visit his Instagram and you can immediately see that he’s a kind, funny, colorful person and I think his music reflects that.

He’s really nice and I am super honored that he saw my art fit to be put on his merch.
